Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any digital product you buy from us.
Fuller Health and Performance Inc. (operating as Fuller Health and Performance)
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms govern your use of our website and any digital product you buy from us. If you become a coaching client, the Client Agreement governs that relationship and takes priority over these terms wherever they conflict.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. Who we are
Fuller Health and Performance Inc., a business registered in Alberta, Canada.
Stettler, Alberta, Canada · jonathan.fullerhealth@gmail.com
2. What we do — and what we don't
We provide exercise and fitness coaching, and educational content about strength training and conditioning.
We do not provide:
- Physiotherapy
- Medical care, diagnosis or treatment
- Dietetics or clinical nutrition
- Psychological or mental health care
About our coach: Jonathan Fuller holds a BSc in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He is not currently registered as a physiotherapist in Alberta and does not practise physiotherapy. He works with clients as a strength and conditioning coach.
3. The content on this site is general information
Everything published on this site — articles, videos, social posts, downloads, newsletters — is general information. It is not advice for your body.
It is not a substitute for advice from your physician or a regulated health professional. It does not create a coach-client relationship.
Do not use it to diagnose or treat anything. If you have a health concern, see a qualified professional. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician — particularly if you have a medical condition, a recent injury or surgery, are pregnant, or have been inactive.
You use this information at your own risk.
4. Using the site
You may read, use and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, republish, resell or redistribute our content
- Use it to build or run a competing coaching service
- Scrape it, or use automated tools to harvest it
- Use it to train a machine learning or AI model
- Attempt to breach, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site
- Misrepresent yourself, or impersonate us
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Fuller Method, programs, text, video, images, exercise library, logos and branding — is owned by Fuller Health and Performance Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.
Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
6. Digital products
If we sell a digital product (a program, guide or download):
- You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself.
- You may not share, resell, republish or distribute it, or use it to coach others.
- Because it's delivered instantly and can't be returned, digital products are non-refundable unless the file is faulty or the product was materially misdescribed.
- If something is wrong with it, email jonathan.fullerhealth@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. GST is added where required.
7. Booking a call
Booking a free strategy call doesn't create a coaching relationship or oblige either of us to anything. We may decline to work with you. You may decline to hire us. No hard feelings either way.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead if you can't make it.
8. Testimonials and results
Any testimonial, result, before-and-after or case study on this site is one person's actual experience, shared with their written permission.
It is not a promise or a prediction of what you will achieve. Results vary enormously with adherence, starting point, history, genetics, sleep, stress and life circumstances. Nobody can guarantee you a specific outcome, and we don't.
9. Links to other sites
We sometimes link out. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Visiting them is your call.
10. Availability
We try to keep the site up but we don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of this site or from acting on general information published here. That includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential and punitive damages, and lost profits or opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Canadian law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Alberta law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuller Health and Performance Inc. and Jonathan Fuller against any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
14. Privacy
Covered by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any dispute is to be heard in the courts of Alberta.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
17. General
- Severability: if a clause is unenforceable, the rest survives.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce something immediately, we haven't given up the right to.
- Entire agreement: these terms plus the Privacy Policy, and for clients the Client Agreement, Informed Consent and Waiver.
